Mola Facts:

During June until October, the current cycles around the islands change, causing cooler water to push up from the deep. It is this cooler water coming up shallower, that allows the Molas to come into shallow water.

The Molas are always around these islands, just too deep to see on a normal dive. But during this time of the year, with the cooler water pushing up, we have a higher chance to see them.

To increase your chance to see these crazy creatures, you do need to spend a bit time, deep.
