What will you learn?
You learn the basic safety guidelines and skills needed to dive under the direct supervision of a PADI Professional. Before you make your dives in the ocean, you’ll practice a few skills in shallow water to prepare for your adventure. Get ready to:
- Understand the basics of the scuba equipment you use to dive and how easy it is to move around underwater with your gear.
- Find out what it’s like to breathe underwater.
- Learn key skills that you’ll use during every scuba dive.
- Have fun swimming around and exploring.
Schedule
We start the day with a little theory and jump into the swimming pool for our first underwater experience. After you are comfortable in the confined waters of a pool, we’ll move out into the ocean to dive on the reefs surrounding the island.
