Diving Refresher

Haven't dived for a while?

If you haven’t dived within the last year and have fewer than 30 dives, we strongly recommend a scuba refresher to ensure you remember the key elements of your training and feel comfortable in the water, this entails a more thorough briefing before we jump on the boat and a quick skills practice at the beginning of your first dive.

Refresh your memory on:

  • The physics of diving
  • Setting-up dive equipment
  • Pre-dive safety checks
  • Ascent and descent procedures
  • Mask clearing, removal and replacement
  • Buoyancy control
